The Levasis Team

Loren W. Lillestrand

President

Loren Lillestrand has been building and maximizing teams and organizations his entire life. At age 17, Loren left home to begin a sales business to finance his university education. He built a direct sales force that eventually spanned several states for a distributor of the consumer giant, American Homes Products.

Graduating Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude in Economics and Mathematics, Loren went to work for Campus Crusade for Christ International. In five years, he moved from new hire to National Administrator of the U.S. division overseeing the financial side of a $40,000,000 ministry. In five more years, Loren was leading the overall U.S. Ministry of 2600 staff serving in sixteen divisions.

In 1987, Loren founded Levasis Ministries. The Levasis Team focuses on working with faith-based and community service organizations that are helping everyone from children to teens and from the disabled to the homeless and impoverished both meeting needs and advancing the cause of Christ.

The Levasis Team is passionate about easing the load of ministry leaders and their staff. Whether doing strategic planning, people development, executive intervention, rent-an-exec work, research and assessment, organizational transformation, executive search or marketing and promotions - The Levasis Team knows how to help ministry leaders and their staff more fully realize their dreams and desires.

Frank C. Dickerson MBA, Ph.D.

Senior Counsel

Frank brings a combination of intense academic research and practical hands-on approaches to serving nonprofit organizations with their fund development and planning needs. His Ph.D. research at Claremont Graduate University's Peter F. Drucker School of Management married the hard science of multivariate statistics with the softer art of language analysis to describe how marketers and fund raisers write. You can email Frank for a free copy of The Way We Write is All Wrong, an article summarizing his research.

Frank also developed innovative approaches for increasing response rates and return on investment for direct mail which have benefited a number of organizations. While studying under Peter F. Drucker at Claremont from 1990-1993, Frank developed a strategic planning process for Drucker's eight key result areas: 1.) marketing, 2.) innovation, 3.) human organization, 4.) financial resources, 5.) physical resources, 6.) productivity, 7.) social responsibility, and 8.) profit requirements.

Frank is ready to help you create the appropriate fund development strategy and tactics to meet the needs and objectives of your organization.
